What is Meraki?​

Meraki is an independent estate agency based in London,  our founder has over

15 years of experience in property management. We are a successful estate

agent, which aims to be recognised for the superior professional services,

reliability and deep knowledge of all areas that we operate in.

Specialising in all aspects of residential property, our team is friendly, caring and

efficient, in order to make our clients delighted with the services delivered and

encourage them to continue selling, letting, buying and renting through us.

How We Started​

Meraki was set up by a  single entrepreneurial agent who was born and raised in London. He decided to create a different style of agency that can provided efficiency and value for all clients, instead of being one of the many agents who would ‘do the job’ but never anything above and beyond.

Our company has grown quickly in a short period of time. We have gained most of our business exclusively through recommendations and word of mouth, and we are happy to say that up to date we have a broad network of satisfied tenants and landlords.

Meraki is now expanding its business, improving service quality and enlarging its team with new and smart workers.

Currently, Meraki is based in Potters Bar and operates in 14 of the 32 London Boroughs focussing in North and Central London. Meraki currently has properties under management or on guaranteed rent contracts in Barnet, Enfield, Camden, Islington, Haringey and Redbridge and has rented for clients in Waltham Forest, Brent, Westminster, City of London, Tower Hamlets and Kensington and Chelsea.
