Chris was a great agent who was attentive throughout. We were 1 of 2 applicants that the landlord was considering for a longer term lease and although we did not get the deal it was a pleasure working with Chris. There was a application deposit of 1 week's rent to show the landlord we were serious in our consideration of the property. This is a great method to narrow the agent's and landlord's attention to clients actually interested in negotiating a lease. I made the deposit and when we were not chosen the deposit came right back the next day. Very reputable and trustworthy agent. Would recommend to a friend.
