Home staging
A home presented for the buyer it is meant for
Buyers and tenants decide quickly, and most of them decide from photographs. An empty room hides its proportions; a lived-in one can hide its potential. Staging closes that gap.
Where it will make a difference, we stage a property before it is photographed and shown: furniture, soft furnishings, lighting and styling chosen for the people most likely to buy or rent it. We advise honestly on when staging is worth doing and when a home is better presented as it is.

How it works
Consultation
We visit the property, talk through who it is likely to appeal to, and tell you honestly whether staging is worth doing.
Plan and quote
A styling plan room by room, with an individual quote based on the size of the property, the number of rooms or units, and the furniture selected.
Installation
Furniture, soft furnishings, lighting and accessories are installed before photography, so the marketing shows the home at its best from the first day.
Marketing and viewings
The staged home is photographed, launched and shown to buyers or tenants.
Collection
Everything is collected once the property is sold or let, or at the end of the agreed period.
Who it suits
Vacant properties, new and refurbished homes, and homes where the current furniture works against the space.
Sales and lettings
Staging can help a home for sale stand out, and help a rental property let to the right tenant sooner.
Developers
For new and converted schemes, staging one or more units gives buyers a finished home to picture themselves in.
Cost
Every staging project is quoted individually, based on the size of the property, the number of rooms or units to be staged, and the furniture and styling selected. We will give you a clear quote before anything is booked.
