Full Management

Minimum £2,400 London · £2,100 other regions
- Everything in Let Only
- Maintenance coordination and contractor management
- Gas safety, EICR, alarms and compliance certificates arranged
- Twice-yearly inspections, or as required
- 24/7 emergency management
- Check-out, inventory and deposit dispute handling
Each fee is the complete charge for that service: one percentage of the gross rent for the full term of the tenancy, including renewals, with nothing added on top. Optional extra services are set out in our full landlord fee schedule, available on request. Client money is protected by Money Shield.
